Our Swiss nettle salt made from nettle seeds: The vitamin B bomb , the absolute super power food straight from the forest.

From our own production: Nettle seeds are hand-picked, dried and combined with high-quality organic Himalayan salt to create our wonderful nettle salt.

Nettle seeds include, among other things:

• approx. 30% protein
• 25% – 33% oil
• 74% to 83% linoleic acid
• approx. 0.9% linolenic acid
• Tocopherol (vitamin E): valued as a free radical scavenger
• mucilage
• Carotenoids such as ß-carotene and lutein: both recognized active ingredients for maintaining vision and preventing macular degeneration.

They also contain minerals such as iron, magnesium and silica and have always been considered a strengthening and revitalizing tonic.
